A donor who joined Policy Donation Program passed away at Nov 2008. A cheque presentation ceremony was held by the insurance company at 10 Dec, 2008. Representatives from two beneficiaries: The Hong Kong Society for the Deaf and Hong Kong Blind Union, each received cheques for the claims of over HKD2million during the ceremony.
