LifeCare Referee (LCR)
To further promote LifeCare Movement, a new program "LifeCare Referee" (LCR) is launched to
encourage existing LifeCare Ambassador (LCA) to refer more insurance practitioners to become LCA.

How to join the "LifeCare Referee"
- Complete Part I of the form "Application for LifeCare Referee" (see Download Area) by the person to be referred and the referee
- Fax to LifeCare Movement and an Application Number will be given
- After the person to be referred becomes a LCA successfully, complete Part II of the Application Form and fax to LifeCare Movement with the Application Number
Qualification of Referee
- An insurance practitioner who has become a LCA or LCL in any year
Qualification of the person to be referred
- An insurance practitioner who have never been a LCA in any year
Praising of LCR
For those LCR referred at least two LCA in a year successfully, his/her name will be published in
the booklet of the coming LifeCare Movement Presentation Ceremony. For the top three in the number
of person referred (at least five persons are referred), the LCR will be awarded with Bronze / Silver / Gold
award during the Presentation Ceremony.
